1. Overview

Thank you for shopping at WB Craft. We take pride in our unique, handmade, and hand-printed items. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase, as different rules apply to different types of products.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Handmade & Handprinted)

Please note that all Handmade and Hand-printed items are FINAL SALE.

• Due to the unique nature of craftsmanship, we do not accept returns or exchanges for handmade or hand-printed products unless the item you received is materially damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and color are a hallmark of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

3. Returnable Items (Standard Products)

For non-handmade items (standard manufactured goods), our policy lasts 5 days after delivery.

• If 5 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a standard (returnable) item for the same item (e.g., different size), please note:

• Shipping Charges: You will be responsible for paying the extra shipping charges applicable for sending the new item to you and picking up the old one.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
